1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Only Suite (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Only Suite is an AI-powered operations platform for solo founders and small teams. The Service provides automated support, content moderation, legal document management, billing dispute handling, release operations, lifecycle communications, and related features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any abusive email practices
  • Transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to process data of individuals under 13 years of age
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice.

5. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We use Stripe to process payments; by providing payment information you authorise us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. If your payment fails, we may suspend your account. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice sent to your registered email address. Overage charges apply when you exceed the limits of your plan tier and are billed at the rates published on our pricing page.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Only Suite and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
